These terms govern participation in the Launch MBA cohort programme offered by Applaud So Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07827758), with its registered office at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX ("we", "us", "our").
By submitting an application, paying for a place, or participating in the programme, you agree to these terms in full.
Launch MBA is a 12-week live cohort programme delivered remotely via video call. It consists of six fortnightly sessions, each approximately 90 minutes long, along with associated materials and community access.
Launch MBA is an independent practical education programme. It is not an accredited MBA degree, university qualification, or regulated financial product.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the programme schedule, format, or content where necessary. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any material changes.
Submitting an application does not guarantee a place on the programme. All applications are reviewed manually and we will contact you within 48 hours of submission to confirm the outcome.
We may decline any application at our sole discretion. We are not obliged to give reasons for a decision not to offer a place.
A place on the cohort is confirmed only once payment has been received in full and you have received written confirmation from us.
Programme fees are as stated on the site at the time of your application. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payment is due in full to confirm your place unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed in writing before payment is made.
We reserve the right to withdraw your place if payment is not received by the agreed date.

All participants are expected to engage respectfully with the facilitator and other cohort members. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the programme — without refund — if their conduct is deemed harmful, disruptive, or contrary to the spirit of collaborative learning.
Session recordings are for the personal use of enrolled participants only. You may not share, redistribute, or reproduce recordings or materials without our prior written consent.
All course materials, recordings, frameworks, and content provided as part of the programme remain the intellectual property of Applaud So Ltd. Your payment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own business purposes only.
You retain full ownership of any business idea, product, or work you develop during the programme.
We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue level, or exit as a result of participating in the programme. Results depend on the effort, decisions, and circumstances of each participant.
Any case studies, exits, or revenue figures referenced on the site reflect the personal experience of the programme facilitator and are not representative of typical participant outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Applaud So Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your participation in the programme or reliance on its content.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the programme.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
