Launch MBA is a small-cohort, live programme with a fixed number of seats. When you take a place, it is held exclusively for you and cannot be offered to anyone else at short notice. Our refund policy reflects that reality while treating participants fairly.
Please read this policy before making payment. If you have any questions, email us at travis@launch.mba before booking.

To cancel your place, email travis@launch.mba with your full name and confirmation of your booking. Your cancellation date is the date we receive your email.
Where a refund is due, it will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
In the unlikely event that we cancel the cohort before it begins, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid within 14 days.
If we need to cancel or reschedule an individual session, we will provide a replacement session or equivalent recorded content at no additional cost. This does not entitle you to a refund of your programme fee.
We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs you may have incurred in connection with the programme.
If you are purchasing as a consumer (not in the course of a business), you have statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have a 14-day right to cancel a contract for services from the date it is entered into, unless the services have already started with your agreement. By confirming your place and making payment, you acknowledge that you are requesting the services to begin and that your statutory cancellation right will end once the cohort starts.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
